How do I create an account?

You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id & Password to register for an account.

How to use Access Codes?

You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section.

How to take a Course?

After you have purchased the Course or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. Click on the Course image to start the course.

I have issues with Login, what should I do?

You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to media.education@ormaxworld.com with the issue details.

I am unable to access the Course, what should I do?

Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to media.education@ormaxworld.com

Will the recording of the session be accessible or shared?

No, recordings of the sessions will not be accessible or shared. However, a detailed handbook summarizing key concepts and course material will be provided at the end of the course for your reference.

How can I raise queries and questions during a session?

You can raise your questions using the private chat feature. Direct your queries to the secondary instructor, who will be introduced at the start of each session.

How many devices can I log in from?

For security reasons, you can log in from only one device at a time—either a laptop or a mobile device. Please ensure you use the same device you used during your first login to access all sessions seamlessly.

How do I use a promo code while paying?

During payment, you’ll find the option to enter a promo code as the final step of the process. Make sure to proceed till the end to apply the promo code and avail the discount.

Does the course provide opportunities for internships and placements?

No, internships and placements are not part of this program. However, you can seek career guidance related to the Indian M&E industry during the interactive Q&A session with Ormax Media’s CEO.

What happens if I miss a few sessions?

If you miss any sessions due to travel or personal reasons, you will have the opportunity to attend the same sessions in future editions of the course at no additional cost.

Is the course offered on a yearly basis? Do I have to wait until next year if I miss this
enrollment?

No, the course is conducted every 3-4 months, so you won’t have to wait an entire year to enroll in the next batch.
